Students Love Chemistry at Int Chem Olympiad

For more information, go to In this clip, high school students from all over the world, who are participating in this year’s International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO), explain why they love the central science. Answers range from “Because it’s as much an art as it is a science,” to “Because I’m good at it.” This year’s IChO is being held in the U.S., at the University of Maryland, College Park, from July 21-30.
