News at Northwestern – Plant Biology and Conservation Program

Ecosystems around the world are under pressure from global climate change, habitat fragmentation and invasive species. Estimates suggest that up to 2/3 of the world’s plant species will become extinct by the end of the century. To address this global tragedy, Northwestern University has developed a graduate program in plant biology and conservation…teaming up with the Chicago Botanic Garden to try and solve some of the challenges.
