T’puram: Mata Amritanandamayi Math will lend a helping hand to the coronavirus preventive measures of the state and centre by donating Rs 13 crore to PM CARES and Rs 3 crore to Kerala CMDRF. As per the instruction of Mata Amritanandamayi, a 60-member team from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has been appointed to take part in the preventive measures. In addition, the Amrita Hospital will provide free treatment for COVID-19 patients. The Math will also train residents of a few villages to make face mask.
