Flew from Hanoi, Vietnam to Manila, Philippines via Southern China Airlines. Booked it using Chase Rewards and thought the flight was super pleasant! Nice chairs & best airplane food I had so far.
Nino Quino International Airport in Manila was also quite a pleasant experience. Be sure to fill out an immigration slip! When you walk out you can get a Globe sim card and find the currency exchange and atm. Take a Grab taxi instead of calling one from the street. It was about $5 for a 40 minute ride to my Junction Hostel in Makati.
