Examining Common Mistakes & Misunderstandings | Live Review Session 7 | AP Human Geography

In this AP Daily: Live Review session for AP Human Geography, we will explore several key mistakes that students often make while taking the AP Exam by providing strategies and tips to address those mistakes.

Students will identify regions of the world, practice their map skills, and address overgeneralizations that AP readers often experience. Students will also explore models and theories that can often be difficult for students to effectively explain in different contexts and regions of the world.

Some of the content used in this session to illustrate common mistakes will be gentrification, supranational organizations, the Demographic Transition Model, Rostow’s Stages of Economic Growth, and Wallerstein’s World System Theory.
